Here's a popular Family Favorite Recipe for you to Sample
FRUIT PIZZA
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough or
any pie crust to fit
a 14"
pizza pan
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Banana slices
Strawberry slices
Banana slices
Strawberry slices
Coconut flakes
Crushed pineapple drained
Chopped pecans
Can use any fruits such as :
Peeled kiwi slices, Blueberries Raspberries, red or
green grape halves,
maraschino cherry halves, drained, thin sliced
peaches, pears or apples,
Mandarin orange segments, drained. Be Artistic and
Arrange fruit to create
a variety of
shapes and designs.
Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8 inch
slices. Line foil-line
14 inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping edges
slightly. Bake at 375 degrees,
12 minutes or until golden brown. (Any pie crust mix
can also
be substituted here).
Cool and invert onto serving plate; carefully remove
foil. Invert to right side.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and whip topping, mixing
until well blended.
Spread over well cooled crust. Arrange fruit over
cream cheese layer; chill.
Cut into
wedges. Serves 10-12. Keep refrigerated.
